Presentation abstract: | Graph Databases are very useful when it comes to analyzing relationships and detecting behavioral patterns. This is particularly interesting in public safety, where graph databases offer interesting opportunities to identify fraud or to uncover collusive criminal activity from unstructured data, using natural language processing to extract relationships. In this presentation we will demonstrate bigCONNECT, a solution which has been deployed in public safety organizations in Eastern Europe to analyze large amounts of raw data, from a wide range of sources like Web Sites, Social Media, Databases, Documents, Images, Audio or Video. The software labels and links all relevant information with existing data in the system using Text Analysis, Entities, Classification, Sentiment Analysis, Speech2Text, Image tagging and OCR. The result can be represented as a Knowledge Graph – a chart that shows how all relevant data is linked and where information can be found using semantic search. |
