Steve Daheb is Senior Vice President for Oracle Cloud; he joined the company in 2015. He brings to Oracle a strong record of building businesses, creating new categories, and driving integrated sales and marketing execution to achieve revenue growth.

Daheb is responsible for driving the global transformation and growth of key Oracle Cloud portfolio offerings including all PaaS and IaaS. His responsibilities include full go-to-market strategy and execution to achieve top-line growth of Oracle's cloud business.
Prior to joining Oracle, Daheb was chief marketing officer at Citrix. There he had global responsibilities for all corporate, solutions, product, and partner marketing. In 2010, Daheb was named a top 10 CMO by the CMO Institute and the American Business Awards named him one of the top 10 Marketing Executives in the United States. In 2012, the American Business Awards named Daheb as one of the Top Technology Executives of the Year.

David Peake
Senior Principal Product Manager, Oracle America

David joined Oracle in 1993. He spent the first 13 years within Oracle Consulting in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. In 2006, he joined the Product Development team as the Oracle Application Express (APEX) Product Manager. He presents at many conferences around the world including Oracle Openworld, ODTUG KScope, OGh APEX World, DOAG and UKOUG.

John Hagerty

John Hagerty brings more than 35 years of expertise in business analytics and enterprise technologies and applications to his role of VP, Product Management for Oracle’s Business Analytics portfolio.  In this role, John is the point person for all outbound activities that touch with customers for the Business Analytics portfolio.

Maria Colgan has been with the company since version 7.3 was released in 1996. Maria’s core responsibility is creating material and lectures on the Oracle Database and the best practices for incorporating it into your environments. She is also responsible for getting the feedback from our customers and partners incorporated into future releases of the product
Prior to this role; she was the product manager for Oracle Database In-Memory and the Oracle Database query optimizer.  Maria is the primary author of the SQLMaria blog and a contributing author to the Oracle Optimizer blog and the Oracle Database Developer blog.

Connor McDonald
Developer Advocate

Connor McDonald is a former Oracle ACE Director who has joined the Oracle Developer Advocates Team. Over the past 25 years, he has worked with systems in Australia, the United Kingdom, Southeast Asia, Western Europe, and the United States. He has co-authored three books and has been a popular speaker at Oracle conferences around the world, specializing in topics regarding the database engine and PL/SQL. He has three times won the Best Speaker award by the UK Oracle User Group, and was awarded a Lifetime Achievement award by the UKOUG in 2016.

Duncan Mills
Senior Director, Product Management, Development Tools

Duncan Mills is senior director and architect within the Oracle Development Tools division and moonlights as a member of the Hudson project at Eclipse. He has been working with Oracle technology for almost 30 years and as a result retains a depressingly large catalogue of facts about some really obscure Oracle products. Nowadays though, Duncan helps Oracles own development groups with architecture, technology selection and troubleshooting, and can often be found holding the hand of bewildered development teams from new acquisitions.

James Allerton-Austin

Responsible for AppDev, Containers, Blockchain, Mobile and Integration, James serves as the primary representative for Product Development in these areas for EMEA. As part of Oracle's Development team, he is responsible for driving strategy and adoption, as well as implementation and customer success. As a keen advocate of Oracle Cloud Technology, James is always keen to listen to, and hear from the wider community about their plans, thoughts, projects and challenges, so that the technology can be actively improved to make the simple challenges in life simple to do and the complex challenges, if not simple, possible to achieve.
